- To participate in the contests, all participants must register at Bolmol.com.
- Employees, relatives & family members of Bolmol.com, will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
- The decision of the Bolmol Jury is final and binding.
- There can be more than one winners for each contest based upon sole discretion of Bolmol.com.
- There are some contests whose winners can be declared directly.
- All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Bolmol.com.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
- Bolmol.com will not bear any responsibility of transporting prizes to the respective winners.
- Bolmol.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in any contest or using any prize.
- In case of non-availability of prize of a particular make ,the same can be replaced with the same prize of some other make at the discretion of Bolmol.com.
- Members creating fictious accounts with varied addresses and mails but operating from the same IP address ,shall be dealt severely and Bolmol.com deserves the right to cancel allocation of prizes to them if found violating the above rule.
- The prizes shown in pictures on contests are in no way actual depiction of the prize in make,size or quality.In case of specifically mentioned makes,the same shall be adhered to ,otherwise makes as available shall be sent to the members.
- In case of more than one user obtaining the top score in any contest ,the winner shall be decided by lucky draw to be conducted by Bolmol and the decision of Bolmol in the case shall be final and binding.
- In case of daily Contests(where one winner is declared everyday)a member can win the prize for the max of 1 time per week.In case of exceeding the limit of winning ,the next highest scorer shall be declared winner for that day.
- In case of own Videos Count,the same video shall not be counted for different Members. Member first to upload the video shall only get the credit for the Video.
- If any BOLMOL member is tracked uploading same content multiple times, then you will lose your points and you will also not be considered for the PRIZE OF UPLOADING OWN CONTENT. And in severe conditions, his/her account stands liable to be barred at anytime with/without notice by us.Original content refers to videos of our members or related and not any content referred from the Internet or YouTube.All such videos referred from the Internet shall not be accounted for .
- For Profile Views , every visit to your profile by a member is taken as a view. Subsequent visit within the same day by the same member to your profile shall not be added to profile views.
